Jacqui Luttrell

Although Jacqui grew up around veterinary clinics, with many members of her family in the industry, she began her professional career as a teacher. Over time, she recognised that her true passion lay in animals and medicine, leading her to retrain as a veterinary nurse and build a career within the veterinary industry.

Jacqui’s background in education has naturally shaped her leadership style. As Practice Manager at Wilston Vet, she is committed to building a strong, supportive team culture, mentoring staff, and fostering professional growth across the clinic. She takes pride in creating efficient systems and processes that support high standards of patient care and a positive client experience.

With a keen interest in areas such as anaesthesia, nutrition, and dentistry, Jacqui works closely with her team to ensure best-practice care is delivered at every level. She is particularly passionate about communication—both within the team and with clients—helping to create clarity, trust, and confidence in the care provided.

Jacqui finds the most rewarding part of her role is leading a team that is dedicated to improving the lives of pets and their owners, and being part of a clinic that supports patients through every stage of life.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her horse, Kingi, or heading off on weekend adventures with her partner.
